Ordering and Artwork

When do I upload my logo?

You will upload your logo or artwork during checkout after adding your items to the cart.  Please be sure you file is attached before completing your order.

What file types do you accept?

We accept common file types such as PNG, JPG, PDF, AI and EPS.  If you are unsure about your file, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes.  A digital proof will be sent for approval before embroidery begins.  Production will start once approval ir received.

What if I don't have a print-ready logo file?

Contact us and we'll be happy to review what you have and discuss options.

Digitizing

What is digitizing?

Digitizing is the process of converting your logo ihto a stitch file that embroidery machines can read.  This step is required before your design can be embroidered.

Is there a digitizing fee?

Yes.  A one-time digitizing fee applies to all new logos and is based on design size:​

  • Left Chest or Cap (under 5" x 5") - $15.00

  • Full Back (larger than 5" x 5") - $30.00

  • Left Chest + Cap Combo - $25.00​

Will I have to pay the digitizing fee again?

No.  Once your design is digitized, we keep it on file for future orders.  The fee only applies again if changes are made to the design.

What if I'm unsure which digitizing size applies?

We will review your logo and placement and confirm the appropriate digitizing option before production.

Production and Turnaround

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard production time is 1-3 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation.  Larger orders may require additional time.

Do you offer rush services?

Rush services may be available depending on our production schedule.  Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability.

Can I request a specific completion date?

Yes.  If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know before placing your order.

Orders & Policies

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No minimum order required.

Can I reorder items later?

Absolutely.  Once your logo is on file, reordering is quick and easy.

Can I return custom embroidered items?

Because all items are custom made, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is an error on our part.

What if there is an issue with my order?

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can review and resolve the issue.
